Tuesday, September 16th and Thursday September 18th, 2014

This week, kids will have their CrossFit Kids physical test. The test will consists of four mini WODs. We will use these workouts to gauge their physical performance throughout the year. As a school teacher, I understand that the word “test” can be alarming to kids. Let them know this is just another WOD and to have fun as we always do in class! Contact me if you have any questions.

Patriot Day:
CrossFit Kids has been busy this week as we prepare towards kids physical tests next week. This will be a benchmark for all kids and will be tested 2 additional times throughout the 2014-2015 program year.

Clubs: HR pushups (off plate)
Diamonds: Weighted Sit ups
Jokers: 15 burpees

Welcome back! We had a great first class yesterday and we are so excited to see the kids back in action.
