She is a certified secondary English teacher in New York state, a certified national American Red Cross instructor and a CrossFit Level 1 (CF-L1) and Crossfit Kids Trainer. She built this company around the three areas she feels that are most important to live a healthy lifestyle: education, life skills and personal fitness.
